Forest Glen offers affordable 1- and 2-bedroom apartments for rent in Austell ranging between 850 and 1,250 square feet in size. Each home features in-home washers and dryers and air conditioning for added convenience, along with thoughtfully designed interiors that include spacious walk-in closets and private patios or balconies.
Tours & Applications
Tours are available both in person and virtually, allowing you to explore the community in the way that works best for you.

Additional Fees and Payments

Parking
Open parking is available in the parking lots located in front of each building. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and there are no assigned parking spaces. Please reach out to the leasing office for further details.

The closest airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), located approximately 25 to 30 minutes from Forest Glen.
Forest Glen is conveniently located near many of Austell's most popular destinations. Residents can enjoy shopping at Austell Marketplace and East West Commons, spend the day at Six Flags Over Georgia, or explore the hiking trails and scenic beauty of Sweetwater Creek State Park. The community is also a short drive from The Battery Atlanta, where you'll find restaurants, entertainment, and shopping, along with numerous local dining options throughout the area. Forest Glen is served by the Cobb County School District. Assigned schools include Sanders Elementary School, Garrett Middle School, and South Cobb High School.
Residents have access to CobbLinc Routes 25 and 30, which provide convenient connections to the MARTA rail system via Hamilton E. Holmes Station.
Current Leases & Residency
When it’s time to renew, you can do so through the resident portal or by connecting with our leasing team, who will be happy to assist.
A 60-day written notice is required before moving out.
Residents must provide management with a 60-day written notice before their scheduled move-out date.
No, subleasing is not permitted.

Maintenance
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal or by contacting the management office directly.
